Learn From Experience
Every entrepreneur faces moments of uncertainty — decisions that feel too big to make alone, challenges that no course or article quite addresses, and questions that only someone who has been there can really answer.
Bee Brighter LA's Mentorship program connects Jewish and Israeli entrepreneurs in Los Angeles with experienced business leaders who have navigated those same moments. Our mentors bring real-world knowledge, honest perspective, and genuine investment in your success.
This is not a lecture series or a networking event. It is a structured, ongoing relationship built around your specific goals — with someone who shows up for you consistently.

The Process
Submit a program inquiry and tell us about your business, your goals, and the areas where you're looking for support. Our team reviews each application to understand your needs.
We match you with a mentor whose background, industry experience, and expertise align with your goals. The match is thoughtful — we're looking for fit, not just availability.
Meet regularly with your mentor for one-on-one sessions. Sessions are structured around your priorities — whether that means working through a specific challenge, planning your next move, or building accountability.
Mentorship at Bee Brighter LA is more than a single relationship. Participants gain access to our broader community of professionals, advisors, and fellow entrepreneurs.
Progress is tracked and revisited throughout the engagement. We check in regularly to make sure the mentorship is delivering real value — and adjust when it isn't.
Great mentorships don't end on a schedule. Many of our mentor-mentee relationships continue well beyond the formal program, becoming lasting professional connections.

Who Our Mentors Are
Our mentors are experienced professionals and entrepreneurs who volunteer their time because they believe in the power of community and the value of passing knowledge forward. They come from a wide range of industries and backgrounds.
Common Questions
Meeting frequency is agreed upon between the mentor and mentee, but most pairs meet once or twice a month. Consistency matters more than frequency — we encourage regular, structured sessions.
We take matching seriously, but we understand that not every pairing works perfectly. If a match isn't working, we'll work with you to find a better fit. Your progress matters more than any single relationship.
Mentorship is most effective when you have something to work on — an active business, a launch in progress, or a clear idea you're developing. If you're still in the early idea stage, our Business Formation program may be a better starting point.
Bee Brighter LA is a nonprofit. Our programs are offered at low or no cost to eligible participants. Reach out through the inquiry form to learn more.
